Find a well-ventilated place, either outdoors or in adequate space for ventilation. Ensure that no heat or flame source, and leave your phone somewhere else.

Lay the tools is a propane stored value adapter, goggles, gloves, and needlenose pliers.

20-pound propane cylinder, open on the platform of your work upside down.

On your goggles, and tighten to 20 lbs propane cylinder valve fill adapter. You will need to refill adapter counterclockwise to tighten it, because the cylinder is upside down.

Screw open-ended green empty propane bottle refill adapter. You tighten the propane bottle, because you will bottle clockwise rotation, hold the adapter. Rotate clockwise to loosen the propane cylinder adapter if the adapter is not held.

Open the Gas Cylinders valve knob. You should hear the propane bottle.

Green propane bottle pressure, because it is not yet fully reduced. Your work gloves, pull up with your needlenose pliers green cylinder safety valve. Some propane gas will be released into the air. This will allow more propane, the propane tank into the green bottle. You will no longer hear the flow of propane when it is full.

Propane cylinder to close the valve, screw green propane bottle fill adapter and tighten the propane cylinder stored value adapter.
